1. What is covered by the registration fee?
Registration covers five days of International Plasma Conference seminars. All-day beverages and afternoon snacks are served at no charge.
2. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All transactions are securely processed by PayPal, so you can use your PayPal account if you have one.
3. What if I do not have a PayPal account or do not want to use it for the registration?
No problem! You do not need a Pay Pal account to register. You can use any of the major credit cards. Just choose the option you prefer on the checkout form.
4. Can I pay by mail, fax or phone?
You are welcome to mail your check for the correct amount ($425 x number of participants) payable in US dollars to:

Please include name(s) of the participant(s), affiliation and mailing address.
Fax or phone orders are not secure, please register online or send your check by mail.
5. If my plans change, can I send another person?
Absolutely! Please provide this person with your registration details (copies of email receipts, hotel reservations, etc.). If at all possible, please contact us with information about the change in advance. You may need to contact the hotel separately.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us with your name and receipt number (email you receive from PayPal). Registration fees can be refunded in full before February 1, 2009. After that, refunds are subject to $25 enrollment fee. For more information, please refer to the Registration Terms.
7. How do I reserve a room at the conference hotel?
The conference will take place at El Tropicano Hotel in San Antonio, TX. Please follow this link to book a room.
8. What are hotel reservation cancellation policies?
Please follow the link in Answer 7 for reservation terms and conditions.
9. Can I stay at another hotel?
Yes, it is your choice. However, special rate is available in the above mentioned hotel only. You will need to take care of the transportation to and from the conference if you stay at another hotel.
10. I received two emails. Which one do I use as a proof of my registration?
Please keep both emails for your record. Email you received from Technopark Holdings has your ICPM registration number, while PayPal email contains your transaction receipt number in case you need to request a refund. Having these numbers handy will help to avoid any delays at the conference admission or in case you need a refund.
11. I registered but did not receive anything by email. What should I do?
There could be two reasons why this happened: your transaction did not go through or email address you provided contained errors.
You can log in to your account and check you registration history. If you see your recent registration, click on it and print the detailed invoice. This will serve as a confirmation.
If you see your registration in the account history, but did not receive an email receipt from PayPal, please contact us. We will send you your transaction number.
If you do not see anything in your account history and did not receive any emails, chances are your transaction did not go through. Try again, or, if in doubt, contact us.
12. I am not sure if I registered. How can I tell?
I you are not sure if your transaction was completed, it was probably not. Did you enter your payment details using PayPal form? Did you see a PayPal page reporting a successful order? As you clicked on "Return to Merchant" link on that page, did you see a Technopark "Thank you" message? If you answered "yes" to these questions, your registration was completed. If not, please check your account history (Answer 11) and contact us if you still have questions.
13. I am missing a receipt for an event. Can I get a copy?
If you are missing a receipt/credit memo for the Conference or any event, please use our contact form to request a copy. A receipt (as an Adobe Reader file) will be emailed to the address you provide in the form.
